  My job was transferred to a vendor company called Ricoh contracted to Nationstar. I kept the same functions and job title. Recently my main function was changed to maintaining the File Room Request Email Inbox. Many requests for physical files housed in the file room come through this inbox. Efficiency and accuracy is key for this process. I was also required to evaluate and delegate certain requests to other teammates and email inboxes.
