Backend development in a Java microservices architecture (hosted in AWS ECS) that supports intensive data processing, and quantitative analysis for external clients and internal services planning. Work in several steps of the projects, from coding and unit tests to deployment. Main projects include: - Points and Vocabulary Services: implementation of Jobzi’s patented algorithm that measures a matching degree between a job description and a candidate's resume using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning - Jobzi API: external client facing REST API refactoring and merging multiple internal Jobzi Microservices that improved the Point’s performance by almost 10 times - Resume Parser: returns a structured document with segmented education, work experiences and other CV parts from a given file - Partnership with Brazilian universities: integration and adaptation of several services to extend our functionalities to work with companies that have job partnerships with universities. I worked in different projects, such as PROTEUS (that automates and organizes the publication of 3D engineering models to brazilian company Petrobras) and “Specification and Modeling – ISO15926”, involving the study and modeling of objects present in the life cycle of an industrial plant according to the ISO15926 standard using OWL (Ontology Web Language) and triplestores.
