Oac Cremorne is a 120 place purpose-built service. The rooms are distributed across three levels and the nursery level has 4 nurseries. As the Second in Charge, I worked alongside the director at the desk, supporting educators, children and families. I often spent time on the floor supporting educators and families during their transition from home to care and also coaching and mentoring new team members and trainees.
