I have worked with Alina for just over 2 years and I can confidently say, that she is the person for your business! Alina has worked in many industries, in many countries - inc. UK, Japan, Estonia. How many people can include that in their resume? We were both in the team of the senior management within AdKings Agency, which included building departments and teams from scratch - recruiting, implementing processes, SOPs, handling client requests, training and development, financial strategy of the department. Many years of Alina's experience and knowledge, allowed her to build a very strong Creative Operations. The department handled some very complex clients requests but the team was well organised, well managed and skilful. Alina was always available to assist with any issues or queries, she is an excellent communicator and has very highly developed emotional intelligence.
