Alina was a phenomenal colleague and supervisor, and someone I would work with again without hesitation. She demonstrated a balance of leadership qualities that gained respect and trust from her team. These qualities included being organized and strategic, advocating for and empowering her team, and displaying empathy and kindness all while navigating team and program transitions. I cannot speak highly enough of Alina and her hard work ethic, people oriented nature, and overall amazing leadership skills. I sincerely hope our work paths cross again in the future.
