As an HR Projects Specialist my key responsibilities include the following areas: Talent management and pipeline development: Actively supports projects in the annual talent management cycle, including items like early career hiring, interns, talent and succession. Employee experience: Supports MAX Service Center with cataloguing knowledge management articles to deliver a positive employee experience to domestic and international employees. Project development and strategic planning: Monitors and assists in managing the portfolio of HR projects from initiation to completion, assisting in the development of project management resources for project leaders. Indy Achieves is committed to increasing the number of Indianapolis residents with high-quality postsecondary credentials to 65% by 2027 and to eliminate attainment gaps that exist for Marion County residents.As the Associate Director, I oversaw the Indy Achieves Promise Scholarship and coaching program at Ivy Tech and IUPUI. I collaborated with campus and community partners. I supported the Student Success Coaches, aided with the management of student caseloads and program with a focus on organizing and deploying data for interventions. I served as a career champion and help students access career development opportunities and social capital by partnering with the EmployIndy Talent Solutions and Business Partnerships Teams. As a Student Success Manager, I managed the day to day aspects of the coaching and scholarship program at IUPUI. I assisted leadership in establishing, designing and creating programmatic initiatives, policies, and procedures.
