Alina was brave enough to employ me at the start of the war in Ukraine. Even though I was a student at that time... I was working with her for a half of the year being Business Assistant. She knows how to read people's strong sides and sees potential, and how to use it in the workplace. Alina's positive and empathetic approach is also one kind of a miracle.
