Even though I only worked shortly with Alina, it was enough to see how dedicated and hard-working she is. Alina started working only one month before me and already learned and understood all essential tasks in the embryo rescue laboratory process that she even helped on-board me. After she successfully completed this task, she was responsible for maintaining production area of the tissue culture laboratory where she also developed several new protocols. She was very proficient in managing multiple priorities and projects. What I miss the most about working with Alina is her great sense of humor and positive attitude that helped lift everyone’s spirit in the group.
