  -Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent to the organization while sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for the student design & sales manager position.-Managing the job posting process and sourcing candidates through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, employee referrals, and social media.-Designing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.-Providing support and guidance to new hires during their first 90 days on the job, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.-Staying up-to-date with trends regarding recruitment and onboarding, and making changes to improve the process based on data gathered over the previous semester.

  - Collaborated with the recruiting team to create a plan for the expansion of the company by outreach. - Recruited 26 new students on multiple college campuses across the country. - Improved and advanced recruiting program for our Student Designer role by creating a uniform system which resulted in a top-tier, qualified talent pool of young professionals. - Identified candidates through multiple sources including employee referrals, social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik-Tok), and alumni. - Redesigned the student designer training program by analyzing past guides and reconstructing them more efficiently. - Extensively improved my skills in Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Canva, and Google Suite.
