  I am one of the founding Directors of Caraniche, and have served as Treasurer and Chairperson for periods during my 24 year membership of the Board. In my operational roles within the company, I have been involved with the implementation and Management of Caraniche Drug and Alcohol treatment programs in Victorian Prisons, with the Coordination of our Graduate Clinic program, and with the supervision of Caraniche Clinical staff. I am a registered Supervisor with the Psychologists Registration Board. As a Regional Manager within the Prison Services Team, I oversee the delivery of AOD treatment programs in Victorian Prisons, and offer clinical support and supervision to staff and teams across the State. I have recently sat as a member of the Department of Justice Mental Health Response for Women Rejuvenation Project, reviewing the delivery of specialist mental health services to women in prison.
