I evaluate the effectiveness of digital channels (site/applications/internet-banking). Promote banking products and services in digital channels, create CJM, compose website content for products and services. I build sales funnels by combining web analytics & app analytics data with CRM sales data in Tableau. Analyze customer's behavior and traffic to the site, mobile application. Work with Google Analytics, Countly, Tableau. Create a backlog of tasks for analyst, development, design teams. Our team works on expansion of the functionality of the mobile application, Internet banking. I draw simple prototypes in Figma to optimize the process of client interaction with the product.
