Aliki reported to me as a Compliance Manager primarily supporting our three registered training organisations (RTOs) ACA, AIM and Ivy College, together with providing high level support to our two higher education providers (HEPs) AIM Business School and Australasian College of Health and Wellness. Aliki provided outstanding service to and managed the competing priorities of stakeholders effectively and with a sense of pride and good humour. She considers compliance and risk in accordance with the strategic imperatives of the business, whilst also having a keen attention to detail, fundamental in any compliance or customer support role. Aliki has an excellent grasp of key legislative and regulatory requirements for RTOs and a broad understanding of the requirements for HEPs. She has been involved in a wholesale review of all Scentia policies and procedures both for our RTOs and HEPs to ensure compliance with relevant ASQA and TEQSA Standards and other applicable regulations such as privacy laws, together with ensuring consistency of tone and style and plain English drafting. Aliki has ably led and managed extensive monthly data reporting requirements for a key auspice partner delivering on time and in accordance with their requests, despite ever increasing demands for more detailed information and reports. Aliki has been an absolute pleasure to manage and work with. She will be sorely missed as a crucial and dependable member of our Legal and Compliance team and by the wider Scentia organisation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aliki for a compliance or customer facing role and would be delighted to work with her again in the future.
