As User Experience (UX) Researcher, I mostly collaborated with Product Manager and UI/X Designer to bring research result in form of product and design insights. Both quantitative and qualitative research techniques were used to gather data directly from users or data from analytical tools. I also worked closely with Data and Marketing team to manage projects of the following product : Gramedia.com (e-commerce), Gramedia Digital (e-book and m-commerce), ePerpus (digital library). I took a lead on an e-commerce enabler project (Bhisma), built the Point-Of-Sale system from scratch along with the team to fulfil/solve customer and business needs in form of design experience. The approach is client-based or B2B. I am experienced in utilising user behaviour data from Google Analytic, Google Data Studio, Heap, Hotjar, and PowerBI, including Web Scrapping using Python. As well testing with Google Optimize. Other additional project I worked on is being a part of GDN Security Advisory Board.
