I had the pleasure of working with Alicja on the design of a new medical device dedicated to the US market. Alicja was responsible for one of the most demanding processes during FDA application which is a Human Factors Engineering (HFE). The process supervised by her was well organized, communication went very smoothly. Both protocols and reports were prepared at a very high quality level. Alicja was very open to learning new regulatory requirements and quickly adapted to the difficult requirements that are forced on medical products. I recommend working with Alicja, who is a professional and expert in field of UX.

Alicja is a delight to work with! First, she absolutely knows her stuff. Further, her intuition about UX/CX opportunities and pitfalls is spot-on, and yet she knows better than to rely on that alone. She is eager to get solid data/observations to support or refute her suspicions. None of that is any good if you can't apply it in real-world scenarios, though, and Alicja excels at doing just that! She has a rare sense of how best to balance the needs of the end user with those of the business, all the while keeping any technical limitations into account. Finally, she brings amazing positive energy to any interaction, whether in an otherwise-tense Zoom meeting over 6 time zones or across the dinner table. I sincerely hope we have an opportunity to work together again in the future.

I was working as UX Designer and UX Researcher in the R&D Design & Engineering team creating medical products and applications for arhytmia diagnosis for international markets. Our products needed to meet strict standards of FDA (Food & Drug Administration in the USA) regulations and usability was my responsibility.
