  At Hooters, I often manage several waitresses and must be patient and understanding of my co-workers as well as my customers. Making sure my customers are satisfied with their orders and resolving any complaints as well as cultivating relationships are part of my daily routine and part of my excellent customer service. I am a multi-tasker and manage several tables and duties at the same time while remaining energetic and promoting the fun atmosphere of Hooters. I am a quick learner. Using my time management skills to get the job done when we are busy and shorthanded is another strength. I train new waitresses and am assigned as head waitress several times a week. Head waitress makes sure the waitresses have everything done for the next shift before they leave and makes sure the waitresses are taking care of the customers. Social media is part of my everyday life and I promote Hooters by posting pictures and events. I currently have over 3000 followers on Instagram.

  Through Carolina Talent, I promoted OVI, a new drink by Pepsico. Setting up the brand booth at different venues across the state also taught me time management and multi-tasking skills. I was forced to adapt to change at the different venues and to problem solve situations that arose. Engaging people to try the new drink and to promote the benefits of OVI allowed me to sharpen my interpersonal skills while remaining positive and energetic.
