Bio
Jonathan Han, MBA
I have known Alicia for several years now and she was my lead financial coordinator for IBM Inside Sales in 2012/2013. Alicia is a very smart and dedicated person who had the respect of both colleagues and the Senior Inside Sales Leadership Team. During Alicia’s time in Inside Sales, she led the expense and resource management system for our General Manager to ensure that we achieved our annual budget in both total expense and Headcount. Her desire and insistence on adding value and always wanting to do more was also clearly demonstrated in all of her work activities (i.e. Brand Sponsorship Rates analysis). I’m confident that Alicia will be a valuable asset to any organization
Christopher White, MBA
Alicia was very knowledgeable of our IBM EDA business operations goals as a cost center. She knew the data inside and out, and understood in detail how a proposal will impact our finances. She is a team player and is always willing to provide reports, analysis, and explanations even if it requires after hours effort and/or responding to requests made with short-notice. She understands the big picture while at the same time is meticulous with the details and the data management behind it. Alicia is a valued asset and team player that I relied on to understand our budgets and forecasts and for doing monthly report analysis to explain deviations from the plans and forecasts. She is very patient and explains things well. She has since moved onto another assignment in IBM. It was a pleasure to work with her and to have had her working for our team.
