It was indeed a great pleasure working with Alicia for two years at Equal Playing Field. Alicia went beyond imaginable limits with her ability to coordinate activities for the school action group under the Equal Playing Field for School program. She could report to work very early in the morning to check on her team members to see to it that all is in place and also ensure smooth flow of work throughout the program. She is a very excellent problem solver, confident, and a team player.

Alicia was a Graduate of mine that was reliable, responsible, hardworking and a keen Environmental Scientist. I supported her engagement as a full time Environmental Officer after she completed her graduate program.
