In this job role I carried out various account related work such as VAT Returns and Year end accounts. I used excel and Quickbooks on a day to date basis. I am therefore a Quickbooks Pro advisor with a certificate in this. I completed two Level 2 AAT exams, Bookkeeping Transactions and Bookkeeping Controls in which i received 92% and 94%. As a sales consultant I had many responsibilities such as regular stock replenishment work, customer services and till work. In addition to these regular jobs, I also worked alongside my managers completing jobs they would do such as; placing out new stock, reorganizing the shop floor, and running the team when the managers are elsewhere. My personal achievements in this job role were becoming a team coach and so training new members of staff, as well as carrying out observations on possible new staff. Another achievement was being selected to be apart of an overnight phase change for the shop, in which we worked at a very fast pace in a short space of time to replace old stock with new. A further achievement is having a constant star rating of 4/4 with my manager stating I am the perfect team member, that they would have me working full time if they could and that I am great support to management.
