  I oversee an amazing cross collaborative team of MACC Client Data consultants. I provide leadership for the overall direction of MACC Client Data Services which underscores a philosophy to encourage cross member collaborative efforts; database development and streamlined functionality to maximize efficiency and minimize data entry fatigue. I work together with non-profit members to capture cross program work that ensures optimal data quality and story telling. We encourage sensible yet meaningful data collection that foster data driven decision making and program transformation. Additional responsibilities include leading efforts with new member implementations and occasional member help desk support. I am also the primary consultant for MACC Evaluation Services. My skill set includes program evaluation, social welfare research design, data quality analyses, process mapping, and data strategy design for non-profit social services. My experience in program coordination, grant writing, and direct practice, coupled with my educational background in research and evaluation gives me the unique ability to connect with non-profit staff doing front-line work in our communities.
