Bio
Ann Rosselle Cortes-Camba, PMP®, PMI-ACP®
As Alicia's direct supervisor during her 7-month internship with IBM Quote-to-Cash department (Q2C) from January to July 2021, she has consistently demonstrated her aptitude for design and her unparalleled work ethics made her a valued member of our team and a great asset to any organisation. In the field of design, Alicia has all the bases covered. She has an artistic eye and a keen sense of user experience. On the business design side, she understands the different underlying considerations in business priorities and impact on users and comes up with novel ideas and creative designs that often exceed clients’ expectations. Let me highlight a few instances of her achievements. One of her defining projects was for a Government Account’s user experience service design project, which provides digital workplace services. Alicia contributed to the success of the project by adopting the Agile Development Methodology and presenting design solutions in creative and effective ways, ultimately contributing to the revalidation of user journey and the creation of a seamless service delivery experience. Due to the intensity of the project, Alicia has proven to excel and produce high quality work even under pressure and tight deadlines. Another defining characteristic of Alicia is her independence and reliability. She is in charge of our Q2C social media platform and worked independently throughout the 7 months, exceeding expectations even while juggling multiple projects. She is especially skilled in content curation by presenting the most relevant information through static and animated design to meet the audience's needs. With her strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, Alicia was able to elevate our aesthetic by redesigning not one but two new themes for our Instagram page. We owe a great deal of the appeal and ease of use of our new page to her efforts. Kudos to you, Alicia!

Alicia has a natural gift for design, user experience, and client workshops facilitation. She demonstrates in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge beyond her academic specialization. Alicia was able to succeed in this high-pace and aways moving environment - this is is a credit to her productivity, initiative, and attention to detail - all traits which I had the pleasure to observed firsthand in my short time working with her. Beyond her UX/UI skills, Alicia left a mark with her open, thoughtful, and fun personality. She is an enthusiastic self-starter, an adept problem solver, and an excellent team player. With strong conceptualization and written and verbal skills, her most outstanding characteristic is her brilliant and lightning-quick mind. I highly recommend her for any future positions she may seek.
