Build It Green is a non-profit organization that promotes healthy, energy- and resource-efficient building practices in California through outreach and education. Alicia was part of the core team at Build It Green tasked with the administration of Energy Upgrade California™ in Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) service territory, a statewide program which was created to help reduce energy usage by offering incentives to homeowners for making energy-saving improvements to their homes. She took a leading role in the implementation and relaunch of the PG&E AC Quality Care Program designed to advance the State of California's goals for energy efficiency and resource conservation through homeowner rebates for the upgrade and regular maintenance of residential HVAC systems.o Prepared program reports for stakeholders at all levels up to the California Energy Commission.o Revamped program design for the underperforming AC Quality Care program, which later exceeded participation goals.o Streamlined database management protocols and developed tools for efficient project tracking which utility used to improve program strategy.o Administered field quality control review, and training, of contractors and field auditors for PG&E's Energy Upgrade California program.
