  Provide leadership and facilitate services through the Prevention Department. Responsible for all aspects involved in maintaining a thriving department and effective prevention programming. • Oversee implementation of “Creating Peaceful Families”, a school and community based program focused on teaching life skills to children, adults and families in community settings. • Establish relationships, organize and provide prevention program service delivery with project partners, collaborators and key stakeholders at over 30 schools and community locations.• Ensure contract compliance for various funding sources.• Financial management; maintain program and department budgets.• Lead role in grant writing and other fund development efforts for program growth and sustainability. • Perform research, program evaluation and data collection. • Complete and maintain appropriate reports and paperwork.• Participate in various community coalitions and networks.• Facilitate community based trainings focused on prevention and behavioral health topics • Lead psycho-educational groups.
