  In this role I will provide administrative support and complete tasks to assist Project Managers and Project Coordinators - especially as it relates to Internal programs and other technology. Create financial documents for external and internal customers to track costs, deposits and payments from/to customers and vendors. I will be utilizing our internal programs to communicate, maintain project organization and track parts and assets. While assisting to ensure proper hand-off and clear communication of expectation and details of each project. Problem solve and work to resolve issues that arise during a project. One of my favorite things will be helping to ensure that all customers, buyers, sellers and vendors are pleased with the performance of Block Imaging's handling of logistics issues. Logistics is tough out there right now but we continue to be diligent in our process to assure satisfaction under the current conditions. I will assist in documentation and administration of movement of equipment including quotes, booking shipments and creating documents. Run reports and queries to determine status, validate information and complete tasks. I will continue to develop knowledge of various medical imaging equipment to enhance technical understanding of the products we sell and service. Assist with documentation and process improvement for Project Management and Product teams. Attend meetings and collaborate with my team on strategic projects and organizational development.If you have read this far thank you for your time! During my shift I may work as many as four different positions as a receiver, a selector, managing the produce shipping and receiving, and driving a fork truck to assist selection.
