My time working for Panera Bread, franchised by Manna Development Group, was by far my ticket into leadership, management, and a higher level of employment. I began as an associate, quickly moving up to associate trainer, where I became responsible for taking charge and training new associates so they could best perform in our busy environment, and assure the speed and quality standards were met. Alongside speed and quality, there was the need for excellent customer service, the customer is top priority and they are a guest in our home, not just the average restaurant.

During my time at the YMCA I learned a lot about patience, the uniqueness of each child, and how to adequately manage my time and efforts to provide the best care for the children.
