      Manages a Caseload of (80+) classified scholars to ensure that success is met. Conducts Biopsychosocial Assessments - assess scholars in terms of personal and family history, social-economic and cultural differences. As well as assisting college students navigate all identities such as being an individual or color, woman, and college student. Ama’s Legacy is a platform for young women to advocate for social change and advancement through the ideology of global citizenship. Global citizenship consists of cultural competency understanding and seeing beyond the world’s political borders as a community. Global citizens take active roles in their communities and work together to help define values and practices. Ama's Legacy participates will benefit from self- care and professional development outings such as: Business Thrift Trips, Brunches, Mediation, and etc. Ladies will also have access to sister circles and an opportunity to advocate for social change through community engagement activities and special programming.
