As an Occupational Therapy Student for HealthPro Heritage at Willow Point Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for my Level IIB Fieldwork, I was responsible for 7 hours of treatment, up to 12 patients a day. I monitored patient progress of the treatment plan and modified when needed to ensure effective, person-centered intervention, as well participated in interdisciplinary discharge planning with 5+ professionals.
