I have analyzed pre-collected and -recorded user research data for several big Danish companies that wished to improve the user experience on their digital services (navigation, graphic design, flow, and language). The freelance position required me to be flexible timewise as the job was gig-based with short hard deadlines. I was recruited as the maternity leave cover for the department's Operations Coordinator. I was responsible for the overall customer journey (digital and physical touchpoints) in regards to theatre shows in the Concert Hall (Koncertsalen) and Glass Hall (Glassalen). Throughout my position I worked with collecting and analyzing feedback from customers. Based on the results we were able to understand our customers' pain points and improve these. Results:- New and improved flow through the Concert Hall by changing seat number divisions. By the changing the wayfinding signs we were able to create a better and faster flow at the bars, toilets and helped people find their seat faster.- Better communication with the operational staff (bartenders, service guards and maintenance personnel) through consistent meetings and structured follow-up.
