  2013 to now Res. in charge of two Benz Powertrain Plants Equipment(Production lines) and BBAC IT all the hardware & software purchasing request, annual purchasing Value: above 1 bil. RMB per year. Managing, optimizing & guiding a compliant Sourcing- and Purchasing process in order to obtain the best quality goods and/or services against the optimal conditions (price, terms & conditions, etc.) Sourcing of products, projects & services for Benz powertrain plant and IT topics. Searching & implementing synergy between different Benz entities. Generate savings for the company by negotiations with suppliers, optimize procurement process, optimal TCO, use volume bundling for synergy advantage, etc.; Implementing global & local contracts in procurement process evaluates and qualifies new potential suppliers applying the Benz tools. Scope of RFQ Equipment sourcing, directly developing the sourcing strategies for benz powertrain plant and IT commodity in Asia Assure the implementation of procedures and policies to comply with the Company and Corporate Governance and Internal Control Practices. RFQ Sourcing: Responsible for development of Purchasing Strategies and Service contracts, striving for reduction of RFQ, also looking for Regional and Global synergies with other Regional Purchasing Coordinators.
