  White Stallion Ranch is a Dude Ranch Resort that has been rated #1 on TripAdvisor in Tucson, AZ for the past 6 consectutive years. This year we were also ranked #19 in the US for customer service. I am part of the family who runs the ranch. My main duties include managing the day to day running's of the Front Desk and helping with HR and Payroll, but you will also occasionally see me horseback leading rides, helping out in the dining room or in housekeeping.   Along with my fellow committee members, I worked to establish a Wildlife Documentary Society for students at the University's Cornwall Campus. The aim was to provide students with an insight into the wildlife film-making industry and give them the chance to develop skills and connections that will be crucial to a future career in this area. WildDocSoc quickly became the 2nd largest society on campus, with a membership of over 200. Along with my fellow committee members, I worked to establish a Wildlife Documentary Society for students at the University's Cornwall Campus.   I was a core team member for a project involved in the design and building of experimental Solitary Bee houses. These were designed to provide data as to the preferences of nest hole types for various Solitary Bee species as a tool for their future conservation. As part of this project, we presented our designs and experiments to members of the public and professional scientists at the Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition at the Southbank Centre, London. I was a core team member for a project involved in the design and building of experimental Solitary Bee houses.
