Networks Programme Coordinator
-
Oct 2013 - May 2015
My role involved close working relationships with major health and care organisations and stakeholders, aiding my team with the delivery and roll out of all our programmes. One element of my role focused on network development and support, aiming to help make a real difference to patients' experience of quality healthcare. I lead the project management of the Strategic Peer Support Programme. This programme provided peer to peer support for senior clinicians from challenged trusts, who were facing significant service improvement and transformation challenges. The programme was piloted across the UK, in collaboration with the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, creating a strong network of senior clinicians who were able to better manage challenges faced within their organisations.
