I became the Project Coordinator of the team of Business Analysts that was in charge of managing international business information platforms. I led such team while we were launching the brand new global B2B platform for CRIF Group, cooperating with colleagues from abroad that were onboard in this project (primarily Switzerland, Austria, Czech, Slovak, Poland, Turkey and China) and coordinating development activities with a dedicated team based in Poland.I was also accountable for managing the eCommerce B2B platform designed for the Italian market and exporting such business model in various countries in EU (primarily Austria, Czech and Poland). This experience in the eCommerce industry gave me the chance to acquire specific knowledge with regards to SEO/SEM strategies, Google Analytics, algorithms and ranking. I was part of the team in charge of designing and launching the brand new Business Information platform to be delivered in the market after the acquisition of the Italian branch of Dun & Bradstreet.Then I took over the knowledge of the back-end platform realized by CRIF, being inspired by the business model of the Credit Bureau, aimed at collecting payment information (i.e. credits and account receivables borrowed between companies) and analyzing the payment behavior/solvency of businesses in a given country.
