In 2016 Triangle Infrastructure Planning Services carried out a CIL process review for a London Borough. This review looked at the management of the borough’s existing CIL process, provided advice on exceptional circumstances relief and undertook a high level appraisal of whether the borough should review their CIL charging schedule. I interviewed borough staff, reviewed existing procedures and administration and recommended a team structure. I managed the client relationship and work programme, as well as two other advisers working with me – a CIL planner and a surveyor.
