She did a great job being in charge of shipping freight and keeping in touch with all the customers regarding all the purchase orders, created all the needed documentations including sales orders, packing slips, bill of lading etc. She sourced out quotations for items and materials by contacting suppliers and manufacturers from various locations (including vendors overseas). Alice designed and created a marketing mailer brochure with images, prints and drawings for advertisement purposes. She managed social media channels as well.
