  Moving to Sydney was the most amazing experience and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at MIC. During my internship I was given the opportunity to rotate around different teams try out the different areas of the business. * My time on marketing was largely spent on SEO- which included researching and then altering keywords to optimise online presence. * Writing blog posts for the website improved my written communication and helped encourage organic traffic to the website. * Planning and implementing promotional campaigns including competitions to push lead generation. * Worked on the partnerships team talking to customers and creating testimonials to share in direct mail to members of partnered associations, using advocacy of current customers to generate leads. *When on the sales team I got trained in outbound sales calling which utilised quick problem solving and improved my verbal communication even when under pressure. *I then moved on to the customer service team where a key eye for detail was needed to spot how to fix any issues the customer might be experiencing, remaining calm and friendly throughout.
