Oversee the planning, executing, monitoring, and closing out of exhibition stand projects Main duties are to manage the whole exhibition stand project from the kick off meeting through to delivery on site, including: - Liaise with suppliers and organizers through the assigned projects and meet the client on exhibitions to hand over the finished project. - Coordinate all aspects of the stand design, contractors, and graphics. - Provide input for the development of budgets, negotiate costs, and submit purchase orders to external partners and contract service providers. - Complete risk assessments, method statements and other forms required by the show organizers for the stand construction and use. - Submit the stand plans to the organizers for building approval. - Check electrical, Internet and rigging plans and requirements and make sure they satisfy the project requirements. - Ensure the whole building up runs smoothly, being there to fix any problem with the stand and making sure the achievement of the expected standards Show less
