  I used to take my Grandmothers recipes and have fun trying to recreate them. I have been making jams and chutneys for quite a few years now no longer just for fun but to also allow people to enjoy eating them just as much! I still have a few original Grandmother recipes but I also create my own exciting flavours. I love the challenge of making something new that no one has tried, or making flavours which people have asked me to create! I am branching out to condiments which is allowing me to take our normal everyday food accompaniments and experimenting with a vast expanse of flavours to make them so much better! I am also expanding into the wedding industry, connecting with cake makers and cheese connoisseurs, to make the day even more special with locally sourced and made goodies. I love working with good for you, wholesome foods. All of my products are gluten and lactose free and are suitable for vegetarians. I make them all in my own kitchen using the fail-proof watching and stirring method! Most products are seasonal with supplies sourced from local producers. Show less
