Alice Escoto and I worked together as Unit Managers for Citigroup from 2006 to 2010. Alice did great work with her team leading and motivating them to achieve and exceed monthly goals. She worked one on one with each of her team members developing their collector skills. Alice is very reliable and a great team player. She was always dedicated to her team and ensuring we all had fun while exceeding the company goals and celebrating many accomplishments. I would recommend working with Alice at any capacity she is great!
