  I studied phytoplankton blooms effect on farmed seabass in the Southern North Sea. The purpose of my PhD work was to explain massive seabass death in a fish farm during the phytoplankton spring bloom through three approaches. The first is a field monitoring. The second approach is laboratory experiments under controlled conditions. The third one is to propose a solution for the fishfarm in order to limit fish mortality.
