  On a weekly basis, my co-mentors and I lead the EGG 101 lab at UNLV. In this lab, we oversee our mentees’ semester design project and explain the design process material that is covered that week. In addition to explaining technical concepts and answering questions about college life, I focus on developing long-term relations with my mentees and encouraging a positive, productive environment, so that all mentees and mentors feel comfortable interacting with each other and learning from each other!
