My role was to lead the purchasing side of developments for make-up products from initial briefs to the delivery at the warehouse. I worked closely with teams from Technical Engineering, Marketing, Design, Supply Planning, Quality, Finance, as well as suppliers (components and subcontractors) to deliver new launches on time, at the expected quality and within the target margin.
