Alice is one of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure to work with. She is super hard working, 1000% committed to getting the best creative outcome to whatever she is working on, from high pressured commercial projects to low-budget arts projects. She is truly multitalented, hyper-organized, amazing at managing people and personalities, and she always took a central role in helping to shape our collective ideas into realizable projects. She always meets deadlines and has so much experience in different areas, from research and concept development to project planning and management. She is a demon with spreadsheets and budgeting, opened countless doors for us with partners and sponsorship, took a hands-on approach with all aspects of film production, animation, motion graphics, and interactive production, and knows about all manor of pipe-lines in post-production along with an extensive understanding of delivering large scale projects in video, installation and live performance as well as touring all of these. She is a REALLY huge asset to any organization or production and continues to be a very great friend and ongoing collaborator at The Light Surgeons. I cannot recommend her services enough.
