  Worked with Multi-tiered Student Support team to develop new procedures for intervention methods to meet the criteria for the new Specific Learning Disability policy. Developed a systematic spreadsheet to analyze student data to measure growth and benchmark predictions. This data has helped to determine if an intervention is working for students or if a student needs to change groups. Collaborated with regular education teachers to establish writing interventions to meet students' needs despite not having a core writing curriculum. Recently split to a second school for 3 months to ease caseload numbers and provide service delivery for 4th and 5th grade students while facilitating new tactics and structure in addition to consultation to another teacher. Collaborated with the new teacher and provided relevant resources and data collection methods. Taught Kindergarten through 5th grade language arts, math, writing, and behavioral/social emotional skills in the resource and inclusion setting, in addition to co-teaching one year of inclusion in an 8th grade English/Language Arts classroom. Managed service delivery, data collection, and paperwork for EC students during periods of remote learning.
