  I was the owner and head baker and decorator of my own baking business called Best Bakes In The House. I specialised in hand decorated shortbread biscuits for all celebrations and occasions. I created products that I listed and sold online, interacting with customers through email and social media. I self taught lots of valuable skills through creating my own website and logo, discovering how Google SEO assisted my sales and how to market my business through social media campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest. I created content for all these platforms using skills such as video editing, graphic design and writing all my own posts including the beginning of a blog.
