  Whilst on assignment at GSK, I worked within a small IT support team, responsible for the maintenance of various computer systems, critical to supporting the site to produce and distribution health care products. My role was business facing, where I was responsible for implementing IT solutions to meet the demand of the customer, ranging from; implementing a new way of working, for a particular business function, to installing and maintaining a networked printer.
