  •• Participate our Company Technical Team members to perform the following:- o Issue and approve conceptual studies for any required modifications. o Perform and approve the engineering calculations/design. o Prepare all documents regarding plant modifications required such as PFD, P&IDs , Plant Modifications Certificates, GO/NO GO, Risk Assessment, Lifting Plan ...etc. with the assistance of subordinate technical staff o Arrange HAZOP sessions for the proposed modifications. o Issue a safety upgrades studies for different existing Gas and Oil Plant. o Participate with the technical team to issue the company procedures related to the operations point of view likes ( Process Upset Report and Go/No-Go procedures) and review • Specialist skills in Oil and Gas process and operations Engineering, Process simulations models development by using Hysys and Pipe Sim • Part of the Operations team and played a vital role in Commissioning and startup of the following projects: o Participate in 16 Hazop studies for 3 gas plants, Oil plant, LPG plant, refrigeration plant, Gas Compression project and Gas injection Plan. o Commissioning and start-up for Oil , Gas, LPG , Refrigeration and Gas Injection plants • Prepare scope of work, technical and commercial evaluation of the tenders related to surface facilities • Review process equipment specifications • Preparing a procedure of plant startup and shutdown. • Activate application of work permit system and supervise / risk asses work implemented at process area. • Perform & carry out sizing for various equipment / systems/ piping to verify capacity limitations and identify bottlenecks ( Sizing of HP & LP production separators, Sizing of Dehydration Unit, Sizing of Stabilizer Unit , Sizing of JT Unit, Sizing of pipe lines for different needs….etc) Show less
