Ali is an energetic and positive individual who displays an in depth understanding of the detailed engineering aspects of the project as well as the ability to think forward and identify issues that needed to be resolved internally and externally. Ali displays an ability to look at problems from different perspectives which differentiates him from his peers. He has in depth knowledge of business development practices and construction techniques. What impresses me about Ali is his tenacity to stand by what he believes in and his commercial astuteness which protects the company’s commercial interests. Whenever Ali is presented with a challenging task he never hesitates and always displays a willingness to take it on board and learn new things. Haven't seen a better amalgamation of a Construction Manager and Business Leader so far.

I had the pleasure to work with Ali over the last year and he is truely a valuable asset to any organization. He has the ability and vision to lead teams and it is evident from his most recent infrastructure pursuit. I would recommend Ali to any organization looking for a leader to move their company forward.
