It was great challenge to motivate different teams, having no idea about Zabbix, to take their own responsibilities to achieve the best monitoring experience of their own appliances, devices and software. - started to migrate poorly implemented ITSM processes to Atlassian's Jira which is one of the best recognized software in MKK family. - motivated database team to monitor and set alert levels for PostgreSQL and MongoDB as well as configuring / re-installing them to handle DR cases. - started network assessment project which later led lots of upgrades on network devices and topology enhancements. - started to collect IT inventory (as well as client machines) automatically by using Zabbix's discovery feature. - started risk assessment project about IT inventory and resources to prioritize the projects and procurement.

Container and application logs are collected in Graylog, performance is monitored by combining node_exporter, cAdvisor, Prometheus, Grafana toolset. • Created release management infrastructure that allows Continuous Delivery for legacy Java/JEE based applications. • Designed and created WebLogic and Apache HTTPD based infrastructure that hosts MKK's main application. • Designed and created Tomcat based platform that facilitates multi node and multi instance deployments. One of the applications running on this platform is MKK's award winning Electronic General Meeting Platform. • Installed and maintained IBM WebSphere Portal for earlier version of MKK's portal.
