•Develop and implement dealer and service network all over the world within the framework of BMC’s overall quality standards •Work with dealers as necessary to define customer requirements and vehicles` problems , develop cost benefit analyses, determine improvement priorities, and identify customer issues. Coordinate meetings with technical departments and executes for status and topics of critical interest and vehicles problems •Evaluate warranty claims for applicability, while assisting in the recovery of all warranty costs and authorize warranty payments •Implement processes, procedures and systems necessary to provide technical & warranty training as well as competence assurance for professional & technical roles across all disciplines within the dealer network. •Develop a framework & process to demonstrate that technical staffs in dealer network are competent to perform their roles, and also have the training, knowledge and specialist skills required to provide effective after sales support and meeting the requirements & expectations of BMC customers •Assist in all necessary phases of new project implementation - including functional requirements gathering, functional and technical design specifications, product improvement modifications. •Collaborate with other technical staff to research, evaluate, develop, test and implement new products to enhance quality of vehicles. •Visit dealers and customers to investigate root causes of after sales problems and then lead the implementation of enhanced processes at the factory to reduce warranty costs , maintain customer satisfactions and improve vehicle quality.
