Ali is one of the most talented fundraisers and leaders in the charity sector. She is a joy to work with and leads with passion and empathy. Ali motivates her team to deliver their best. This is evidenced in the success of the philanthropy and partnerships team and income growth at Refugee Action, which has grown from strength to strength!

Ali is one of the strongest philanthropy fundraisers I know, she has an innate ability to put people at ease and to find common ground with people from all walks of life. When I worked with Ali at Battersea I was constantly impressed by how ambitious and goal-orientated she is, she was resilient in the face of set-backs and agile in how she approached her relationships. We haven't worked together for a number of years now but I still class Ali as my closest ally in fundraising, she is generous with her time and advice and I can count on her to help me work through tricky problems. I think of Ali as a natural leader and someone who brings out the best in everyone she works with.
