Working with Ali was a delight from Day One. An inspired, creative visual designer, Ali was great to collaborate with on new collateral such as e-books, white papers, and guides. Even if her carefully produced, gorgeously designed materials required last-minute alterations due to a change in plans, Ali was always gracious--often responding with a smile and joke as she met the new strategy or request. Ali crafted templates and processes that save time and headaches for multiple departments, strategized with numerous stakeholders, and somehow found time to make individual Slack cats for all who wanted them! Ali went out of her way to make me feel welcome from the day I joined the company we met at (most everyone here is very nice, but Ali was exceptionally kind and considerate). Ali is awesome--at work and at life.

When Ali joined our group, I asked her how long she'd been away from eBay, because I was sure that it was her second tour of duty. She radiated confidence, awareness, grounding, and professionalism. Turns out it was her first ever day at the company. That's what you want in an employee, someone who looks like they've been there forever the moment they walk in the door. Ali absorbs and internalizes information at the speed in which it's given, which allows her to perform efficiently at all times. She quickly became a leader and a source for the most up-to-date information. I'd spin my chair around to ask questions and she always told me what I needed to know off the top of her head. Boom. Ali is a true pro. It was my pleasure to work with her.
