The cost of the project was over $14 million and is forecasted to generate over $60 million over the next 3 years. • Managed and developed a project team of over 30 resources to develop a credit card data mart for HSBC and partners. This included a conversion from an old system to a new one which was extremely complex as it included a number of legacy applications which needed to be documented and then created and improved in the new system. • Managed a project to develop a new business system in the UKDW for commercial relationship managers within the bank. The project saved the bank on average $6 million per annum by demising legacy applications and creating a system compliant with the future state architecture. • Managed projects to ensure regulatory changes (FATCA, ring-fenced bank) are implemented in the organisation. • Managed a project to enhance and further develop a branch management and reporting system for the retail bank using the Agile methodology.
